  Nate Conklin and his associate Jake Potter were the worst people I've ever dealt with as a company. The first time I was at his office I met him and he hurried me out the office even though I told him I work a lot of hours and don't have time to come by the office to sign papers. I directly asked him for a motorcycle quote and a week later I still didn't get a response or my new insurance cards in the mail so I called their office and spoke with nate's other associate named Jake Potter , Jake was extremely rude over the phone and he told me that my policy was transferred over as a Washington policy. I told him that this was supposed to be an oregon policy. Neither Nate or Jake ever understood my original request to rewrite my policy as an Oregon policy. Why on earth would I go to their Hermiston Office to transfer my Washington policy from Washington State over to Oregon as a Washington policy? I even gave them my new Oregon address so this doesn't make sense at all. These guys don't listen to you at all and do not care. I also asked Jake about the motorcycle quote again . He said he would send me an email and I just had to reply back with the make model and VIN of the motorcycle. Well I did that and replied back to that email with the info and week later still no answer through email or phone. At that point I got fed up with it and I called them back and told him that I wanted to be transferred to a different state Farm agent. I have been in Customer Service for over 3 years so I know that this is not any way to treat another person and I do not think I am the only person they have done this to. I strongly do not recommend Nate Conklin or his associate Jake Potter for insurance.
